This 50-minute session marks the beginning of your journey. We'll talk about what you'd like to achieve, explore how hypnotherapy can support you, and explain how the process works. We'll also look at the psychology behind your thoughts and feelings to help you better understand what you're experiencing. There's no hypnosis in this session, it's simply a space to talk openly, ask questions, and gain clarity on the next steps.
These 50-minute sessions blend solution focused conversation with deeply relaxing hypnosis. We’ll focus on progress, possibilities, and positive change, using proven techniques to support issues like anxiety, stress, sleep, confidence, and phobias.

This 45 minute session offers a peaceful pause from daily life. Designed for anyone needing calm and clarity, it combines mindfulness and hypnosis to help you relax and reconnect, without the structure of a full hypnotherapy session.

This one-off 2-hour session is a focused intervention to help you stop smoking or vaping for good. We’ll use powerful hypnosis techniques to support lasting change, with a take-home recording to reinforce your progress.
Life happens, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed completely, may be charged at the full rate.
